The main aim of the Company is to provide the best quality of the products, which fulfill the expectations of regular and new customers, to maintain constant development and company’s credibility.

We offer to our customers aluminosilicate products, formed and unformed.

We don’t want to see a returning product that didn’t comply with the requirements but a returning customer that is satisfied with the cooperation.

Our quality policy is realized by:

  • profound identification of current and possible requirements of the customers,
  • systematical study of the customers’ satisfaction,
  • constant supervision, improvement and optimization of the processes in order to provide effectiveness of the Quality Management System,
  • meeting the commitments with honesty,
  • raising stuff’s awareness about the quality policy,
  • improvement of the mechanisms of the company’s management – correct and fast flow of information between departments,
  • active, fast and effective identifying and resolving problems,
  • modernization of machines and introduction of new technologies,
  • making the marketing activities more effective,
  • analyzing costs and prices to optimize them and adjust them to the market
  • brand’s promotion

Aims and tasks concerning the quality of corresponding functions and departments of the company are stated, reviewed and verified during the annual overview of the Quality Management System.

The policy is the basis of the implemented Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and supports the strategic direction of the organization’s development.
