the protection of personal data is a crucial aspect of the activity of our Company. Be informed that your personal data is controlled by „Ostrowieckie Zakłady Materiałów Ogniotrwałych” Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski at ul. Sandomierska 112.
The personal data of our Customers, Counterparties and other persons cooperating with our Company are processed only and exclusively for the purpose of performing contracts, providing services and in other legitimate interests arising from the provisions of law.
If you apply for a job, the personal data provided during the recruitment process are processed only and exclusively for the purpose of recruitment. All the data made available to us are erased after the recruitment process has been finalised or after a relevant consent has been given in this respect.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data includes:
- contracts entered into,
- consents given,
- complying with our legal obligations,
- other legitimate interests.
Your data are used only and exclusively for the purpose for which they were provided. If they are made available, then only and exclusively to entities authorised thereto under the provisions of law or to other entities for the purpose of performing a contract, an order or other duties, e.g. to a carrier, entities providing mail, courier, legal or IT services as well as banks if payments are made online).
As part of our e-store it is possible to enter personal data, including the first and last name, the address/registered office, the Tax Identification Number (NIP), the telephone number and e-mail. You disclose this information freely, however, this is necessary to log in and place and order. Your data may be used for marketing purposes only and exclusively when you give an additional consent to that.
Be informed that you have the right to:
- access the content of your data,
- rectify/complete data,
- erase data (the right to ‘be forgotten’),
- restrict the processing of data,
- transfer data,
- submit an objection.
